Gold Depot Store Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Gold Depot Store is fully insured and will deliver all packages with the “Signature Required” or “Adult Signature Required” option.

Every order must be signed for, by the actual Customer in order to release and receive the package(s). If you are unavailable to sign for the packages sent by Gold Depot Store then you will be required to go to your local Post Office Store, or to the local Shipping office of the assigned postal Carrier company, (Fed-Ex, UPS, ect.), that is listed on your order, and pick it up in person.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options that we choose. Depending on the shipping provider Gold Depot Store chooses, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Gold Depot store will choose a courier based on these factors: a.) total order cost, b.) the value of the items being shipped, c.) the availability of the Customer recipient. Some items will be shipped UPS or FedEx priority overnight, USPS express mail, and other certain special shipping arrangements will be made based on a Customers specific needs. Since, most shipping situations are unique and require special arrangements, Gold Depot Store makes the proper assessments and decisions to ensure that your items are delivered on-time, effectively and efficiently.

Please also note that any items and or orders totaling $2,501. dollars may not be eligible or may not qualify for “free Shipping” options, and the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based, and value based. The weight of any such item can be found on its details page and may vary. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
